What is PureGym’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel a fixed-term PureGym membership within 14 days for a full refund. Beyond that, you can cancel fixed-term memberships at any time, and you'll get a refund of half the credit remaining on the account the day of your cancellation request. You can cancel a direct debit membership by canceling the direct debit with your bank. Alternatively, you could opt to freeze your PureGym membership for up to three months for just £5.99 per month instead. You can even opt to delay the start of your PureGym membership by one month.
