Petco Free Shipping Policy
Petco ships orders that total more than $49 for free to locations in the contiguous United States. Members of the Pals Rewards program receive free shipping for all repeat delivery purchases. Petco also offers 2-Day and Next Day shipping for a fee. Petco will even deliver live fish directly to your door; all fish deliveries arrive with 2-Day shipping. You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order has shipped.
FREE shipping is available on orders over $35, though some exclusions apply. For all other orders, the costs are determined based upon the total weight of the order and by the selected shipping method.
Petco Return Policy
Items can be returned to a Petco retail store at any time. Returns that are brought to a store over 60 days after the date of delivery are only eligible for store credit. Unwanted items can also be returned to Petco via the mail for a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, items returned via the mail must be sent back within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Returns must be made within 60 days of the initial shipment date. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. You can also take your return to any Petco retail store.
