Nordstrom Rack ships throughout the United States and internationally. For United States shipments, there are four expedited options up to Next Day Delivery. Each expedited option has its flat-rate tiered pricing. There is a surcharge for shipments to Canada and abroad. Nordstrom Rack is not responsible for duties or taxes associated with international shipments.
Domestic orders over $100 (before tax) qualify for FREE shipping, with the exception of items weighing over 5 pounds.
Nordstrom Rack Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason within 45 days, you can return it for a refund either via mail or at a Nordstrom Rack retail location.
Accessories like sunglasses can also be returned for a full refund unless they are clearance or final sale items. To be eligible for a return, clothing must be in new condition in its original packaging and with its original tags. Refunds are either issued to the original form of payment or as a gift card.
You have 90 days from the original ship date to return eligible items – with your choice of mailing back purchases or visiting a Nordstrom Rack store. Orders that qualify for a return are identified as such on your invoice, email confirmation, or the Orders page of NordstromRack.com. To ship back items, the retailer will provide a label and further instructions.
